The Ultimate Guide To Quitting Porn In Today's Digital World

Hello everyone my name is Minjae Cho and for the past 12 years, i was addicted to pornography.

I realized this was a problem when i finally noticed realized how awkward, intimidated, and how it was ruining all my relationships with women to a point where i was super depressed and had major anxiety.

The moment i knew i had to make a change was when i was at my buddies place and we were hanging out with two attractive girls about to watch a movie.

As we were figuring things out

One of the girls asked me to sit beside her

But it was at that moment...

As she patted her hand down on the couch to signal me to come sit beside her.

I completely froze up.

I just couldn't do it for some reason

I was filled with a huge rush of anxiety and I completely froze…

My friends started laughing at me and I became so embarrassed.

All I remember was being completely silent, not moving and looking as scared as if someone had pointed a gun to my face.

I've never felt so embarrassed in my life before.

Throughout my life I'd always watch my friends and other people interact, have a good time and hook up with women but when it came to me, it wasn't happening.

I would either get turned down or wouldn’t even have the guts to talk to anyone.

I was always that guy in the corner of the club or bar with his drink hovered over across his body being an absolute loner.

Most of the time I would get so drunk hoping I would forget the night.

I asked myself:

Why was I always so nervous and anxious around women?

And every time I was around them, why was I always so awkward around them?

The one common denominator i finally had to face was that i was super addicted to porn all throughout that time.

I would go from watching "normal" categories to hardcore, gonzo and other categories that i'm too embarrassed to discuss...

I then started mixing weed & alcohol with porn to get a bigger rush and it was the best thing i was looking forward to every weekend.

I was literally living life as a zombie, working a mediocre job, numbing myself through porn and never achieving anything in my life.

So one day, I finally started searching up the harmful effects of porn, and it all finally clicked.

I realized why I was feeling all these negative effects such as:

- Not being able to look people in the eyes

- Being anxious and nervous around women

- Always being low energy all the time

- Being awkward in everyday interactions with people

- Having no self-control with anything not only with porn but every other aspect of my life

- Never being creative or struggling to be creative

- Having no confidence to try anything new

- Scared of saying what was on my mind

- Always cracking at the slightest amount of adversity

- Being a beta male

Once I started studying all these harmful effects and I finally made the connection.

It was really tough to do though because it required me to do an honest reflection of myself.

I was super depressed, lonely and at one of my lowest points in life at the time.

But i knew i had to make a change.

So the first things i tried were:

- Using willpower

- telling myself i wasn't going to do it

- cold showers

- praying

- blocking porn websites

- unfollowing every model on instagram

-keeping busy

But i only got to streaks of around 7-14 days but then the urge would be so strong and i would end up relapsing every time.

This made me really curious as to why i could go on these streaks but never seem to break that specific plateau.

So then i tried using my vacation as a motivation and i got to 60 days !

I even got laid but after that, i ended up relapsing once again.

This time i was pissed because i was on such a good streak and my life was changing for the better but for some reason i couldn't sustain it !

So that's when I REALLY got motivated to find out why even after going on this streak and implementing good habits, I would still end up relapsing.

Fast forward 4+ years after investing over $30 000+ on coaching, courses, books, and education on addictions, habits, self-development and psychology, spending 100’s of hours coming up with different formulas to be able to quit and experimenting on myself countless amounts of times through trial and error where i would be going on streaks of 7,14,21,30,60 and even 90 days, I finally found an easy step-by-step method that has helped me be able to quit porn forever without getting ANY URGES.

The first big realization that prevented me from getting past 90 days was that I didn't get down to the root cause of my addiction and the triggers that caused it.

For years, I was trying all these different tactics such as:

- Cold showers

- Breathe work

- Keeping myself busy

- Blocking instagram & other triggers online

- Blocking porn websites

- Pushups

- Using willpower”

But the problem with these methods were that they were are all "surface area techniques"

What i wasn't doing was actually getting to the root cause of why i watched porn in the first place.

I really had to figure out what i was really craving from watching porn and it wasn't the "two seconds of pleasure" because we all know after doing it countless amounts of times it just doesn't feel the same.

The next thing I wasn't doing was actually having something to look forward to in my life that actually fulfilled me.

Not doing what my parents told me.

Not doing what society told me.

Not doing what my friends told me.

But actually pursuing the things i wanted to do in life and going after them.

Once i figured what i wanted in life,

I figured out the exact process on who i needed to become to achieve that goal.

Once i was able to then make these adjustments I knew exactly what I needed to do to whenever an urge did come up.

Since then, i've been able to stop watching it without getting any urges.

Since i've come up with this step-by-step method to quit, i've been able to:

- Go on nofap streaks fo 100+ days without getting any urges

- Easily be consistent with my habits such as meditation, going to the gym, waking up early, reading, and eating healthy

- It made me a charismatic person and because of that I became one of the top sales reps for my company and started making me the most money i've ever made !

- It gave me the ability to start & build connections with ANYBODY whether it'd be in public or in any type of social setting

- With the clear mind, it helped me really figure out what I wanted to pursue in my life

- It gave me the energy and courage to quit my job and start my own business

- It made me more masculine and I was able to start putting myself first and not be a people pleaser anymore

- It helped me get rid of my other bad addictions such as gambling and smoking weed

- It helped me really set boundaries with people and stop getting into toxic relationships with people

- It gave me the confidence to not be afraid of speaking out and voicing my opinion

- It made me more self-aware of myself and learn about my strengths and weaknesses in myself

- It helps you build discipline and thicker skin that helped me not crack at the slightest amount of adversity

- With my new presence and energy, it got the respect from my peers, co-workers, women and men

- It's now EASY to make effortless eye contact with people

- I wasn't afraid to express myself and pursue my hobbies and passions

- It's helped me become closer with my family, weed out bad friends, stop being a people pleaser,

- My skin, hair and overall appearance from quitting porn has become so much healthier looking and I have that "glow" now

- I wake up every single day blessed, energized, grateful and excited for life every morning.

And that's why i created...
